Hallo Björn, Google Earth war schon richtig. :)
Und erstmal herzlich willkommen hier im Forum!
Das hochauflösende Ground-Layout habe ich Stück für Stück aus Google Earth Screenshots zusammengesetzt. (Photoshop) Du zoomst also beispielsweise bis auf 1000ft ran, machst dir erstmal einen "Ort", damit wenn du aufhörst mit basteln, am nächsten Tag wieder die "originale" Höhe hast, mit der du angefangen hast.
Nun machst du den ersten Screenshot. Vorher würde ich aber den Flughafen so ausrichten, dass die Runway eine Parallele mit dem Monitorrand bildet. Diesen setzt du dann in ein vorbereitetes Bild, z.B. mit 10.000 mal 20.000 Pixeln. Für den nächsten Screenshot verschiebst du das Bild mit den Pfeiltasten, damit du immer schön parallel bleibst. Du solltest in Google Earth die Option: "beim zoomen neigen" abschalten!
Wenn du Photoshop nutzt, solltest du dir beim ersten Screenshot eine Aktion erstellen, mit der du das Bild ausschneidest, damit entfernst du nämlich die Google-Schrift vom unteren Bildrand und musst nicht bei jedem Screenshot per Hand das Bild neu ausschneiden, sondern brauchst nur auf die Aktion zu klicken. Ausserdem werden dann deine Bilder alle schön gleich groß. Beim Screenshot erstellen, sollten sich die Bilder immer etwas überlappen, damit du auch schöne Übergänge hinbekommst.
Scenery-Entwicklung braucht Geduld und Zeit. Ich habe im Moment viel Geduld, aber wenig Zeit. :rolleyes:

Hallo Christer,
vielen Dank für die guten Tipps. Ich werde es am Wochenende mal ausprobieren. Gibt es im Photoshop die Möglichkeit Bilder optisch aufzuwerten oder wie bekommt man die Screenshots so scharf? Soll ja diverse Programme geben, mit denen man die Auflösung von Fotos durch Anwendung bestimmter Algorithmen vergrößern kann.

optisch aufwerten, man kann den Kontrast usw. ändern, je nach Wunsch halt und naja, Auflösung ändern bringt im Wesentlichen nicht viel. Wichtig ist immer das Ausgangsmaterial, oder anders rum, wo nichts ist, kann man auch nicht mehr rausholen

Hallo Christer,
ich muss dich leider noch was fragen. Ich habe heute ein bißchen an meiner Szenerie gebastelt. Im WED sieht das alles auch schon klasse aus. Die einzelnen Kachel liegen exakt übereinander und auch alle in einer Flucht. Wenn ich mir das ganze in X-Plane anschaue, dann liegen die Kacheln nicht mehr so hundertprozentig in einer Flucht. Außerdem sieht man teilweise die Überlappungsbereiche, welche man aber in WED nicht sieht. Weißt du, woran das liegen könnte?
