Very very minor stuff... just making a few tweaks to make sure
everything works perfectly.

The current livery is now available in a dataref.

Improved memory use with OBJs.

Rosetta can be overridden via command-line.

Default livery can now be picked again after a custom livery is
selected.

Cmd line --no_autovary option can be used to turn off dithering of
urban textures.

Multiplayer should not cause any problems with the FMS.
